Rental Application

An application must be completed, signed and dated prior to a showing being scheduled with the property manager. There is no fee to see a unit. The $30.00 per person application fee is only payable after your showing, and after you decide you like the unit and want to apply for it.

Our application form is now available to download from this web page - click on the link at the bottom of this page. Please print out the form, fill it in, and then fax it back, or bring it in person, or mail it, or scan and email it. Please do not try to fill in the form on-line, as we need your signature. If you prefer, you can still request an application to be faxed or emailed to you from our office by contacting Bray & Company in Rifle at 970-625-1288, or email us at rentahome@sopris.net, and give us your fax number, email address or postal mailing address, and we will fax, email, or mail one to you.

In Rifle, an application may be picked up from the Bray & Co Rifle office at 426 Railroad Ave (corner of 5th Street), during normal business hours.
